The only witcher swords so far that can offer something better than the top tier relic swords are honestly the Ursine swords because of their base adrenaline point gain and good crit damage bonus, however even then I would be hard pressed to recommend those over, say, Iris/Aerondight unless you really need the adrenaline. There’s also Aerondight (also a quest reward sword) which, like Iris for steel, blows every silver sword out of the water. Witcher silver swords are better for longer but by level 36 you already have access to Sarrim, which is to all intents and purposes mostly better than whatever witcher sword you have.
By level 37 you also have Iris (technically a quest reward sword) which blows literally every steel sword out of the water if used correctly.
It's a far cry from the puny 10 granted by the Kaer Morhen Steel Sword, and it's well worth the investment (if players can stick through the Gold farming required. This Silver Sword gives a 50 boost to all Experience for killing monsters. If you’re lucky, Hjalmar’s steel sword can prove to be quite the damage dealer if used properly. A'Baeth is both the most expensive item in The Witcher: Monster Slayer and the sword with the best bonus. Witcher steel swords, not necessarily, you can find relic steel swords that actually are as good as witcher steel swords if not better even when your level is in the mid 20s.
